Who I Am

I’m Montel Hardin, men’s health coach and performance advisor.

Since 2017, I’ve helped hundreds of men—leaders, professionals, husbands, and fathers—cut through the confusion of diets, workouts, and quick fixes. My clients drop 20–50+ pounds, rebuild their strength, and regain the energy & vitality they thought was gone for good.


My Story

I know what it feels like to chase success in your career while your health quietly slips away. Long hours, stress, and family responsibilities can leave you running on fumes.

I learned the hard way that pushing harder doesn’t fix the problem—you need a smarter system. That’s why I built my coaching programs: to help men simplify fitness, optimize metabolism, and perform at their best in every area of life.
