I’m Montel Hardin, founder of Hardin Athletix — a health and performance company that’s helped hundreds of busy professionals lose 30+ pounds of body fat, build muscle, and reclaim the energy they thought was gone for good.

Testosterone levels are dropping rapidly.
Studies show a population-level decline in men’s serum testosterone from the 1970s through the 2000s, independent of aging alone.Â
In other words, a 40-year-old man today may have significantly lower testosterone than a 40-year-old from decades ago. -

The average waist circumference for men in the U.S. now sits at ~ 40.6 inches.Â
Excess belly fat (abdominal obesity) is more strongly linked to heart disease, metabolic syndrome, and mortality risk than total body fat.  -
Obesity rates have tripled among men since 1990.
Globally, from 1990 to 2022, the prevalence of obesity in men went from ~ 4.8% to ~ 14% — a near 3x. Obesity is a known driver of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, lipid disorders, hypertension, and declines in hormone function.
